Patrick Kilbane, J.D., CDFA®

Partner, Director of the Divorce Advisory Group, General Counsel, Wealth Advisor

Pat serves as one of our wealth advisors and has nearly a decade of experience in helping clients coordinate their wealth management plans.

Further, he is our firm’s General Counsel. He handles any and all legal issues for our firm and points our clients in the right direction with regard to any legal issues they may have.

Pat is the Director of our Divorce Advisory Group. In this role he assists, guides, and supports our clients before, during, and after they begin the dissolution of marriage process. He helps our high-net-worth clients make wise financial decisions at all stages of the divorce process. By leveraging Pat’s wealth of family law experience and his Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designation, clients of Ullmann Wealth Partners have additional resources, confidence, and knowledge as they navigate the divorce process. 

Before joining our team, Pat had successful law practice in matrimonial and family law. He had previously worked as a Shareholder for the statewide law firms Gray Robinson, P.A. and Rogers Towers, P.A. in Jacksonville.

Pat is extremely active in the Jacksonville community and serves on numerous boards. He has received two gubernatorial appointments – one as a Board Member to the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (Chairman of the Board 2017-2018 and 2020-2021) and the other one to the 4th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Committee (Chairman 2017-2019). Pat is also active with the Jacksonville Bar Association, where he served on the JBA's Board of Governors and as President of the Young Lawyers Section.

Pat is a member of the 35th Leadership Florida Class. He is Past President of the Board of Directors of the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Greater Jacksonville. In 2017, Pat was appointed by Bishop Felipe Estevez to serve as a Trustee on the Savings and Loan Board for the Diocese of St. Augustine. Further, Pat served on the Foundation Board for St. Vincent's Hospital and is the President of the Jacksonville Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society. In 2020, Pat was elected to be a member of the Adrian College Board of Trustees.

Pat earned his JD from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA from Adrian College, from which he graduated summa cum laude. He is  a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® and co-author of Move Forward Confidently: A Woman's Guide to Navigating the High-Net-Worth Divorce
