Glenn serves as the founding partner at Ullmann Wealth Partners, which he established in 2002.
Glenn has over 30 years of experience in the investment industry. During this time he has educated investors and professionals throughout the country regarding the need for discipline, simplicity, optimism and the power of professional advice. Glenn believes all clients should have a written financial plan tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of the individual, family or business. His book, Landing a Smooth Retirement, discusses these issues and the role they play in successful financial outcomes.
Before founding the firm in 2002, Glenn was the branch manager for Robert W. Baird and an advisor with Smith Barney. He was also a Pilot in the United States Air Force. He attended flight training and then flew on active duty which included missions during the Iran/Iraq War as well as a three year tour as a flight instructor.
Glenn passionately believes in education and community service. He currently serves as a Beaches Community Fund Member. Past organizational involvement includes serving as a member of the investment committee for Jewish Community Family Services and board positions with Baptist Health Foundation and Jacksonville's WJCT.
Glenn earned an MA from the University of Oklahoma and BS from the United States Air Force Academy. He is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®. In his spare time, Glenn enjoys flying his Cirrus SR22, reading, spending time with his family in the North Carolina mountains, and exploring new places.
