In her role as Administrative Associate, Rachael supports the entire UWP team to meet and exceed our clients’ needs regarding scheduling and team communication. Rachael also provides marketing support to our Marketing and Communications Director for event planning, newsletter development and community involvement initiatives.
Before joining Ullmann Wealth Partners, Rachael built a strong background in project management, administrative support, and client service. She played key roles in coordinating logistics for events, managing executive schedules, and ensuring a seamless client experience across a variety of professional settings.
Rachael Baczynski is a Native Floridian, proud Navy mom, and Florida State University graduate currently pursuing her MBA through LSU Shreveport. She lives in St. Johns with her family, two cats, a Labrador retriever, and enjoys running, reading, beach days, and gardening.
